How much is shipping?

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $60 (6-13 Business Days)

Shipping fee of $6.9 for orders under $60 (6-13 Business Days)

Note: Order processing and shipping times apply to all nail products on the website. Special urgent orders that need to receive parcels before a specific date should contact our customer service team in advance. We will give priority to the preparation and shipping of your order whenever possible. Due to uncontrollable factors, such as bad weather, holidays, strikes, etc., the delivery date may change.

When will I receive my order?

Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 8-18 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping time frames depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method, as well as your local customs processing times for International orders.

How long will you ship after I place the order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a Saturday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping.

If you order before 4 pm Local Time, we will ship your items within 36 hours. If you order after 4 pm Local Time on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and we will ship them within 48 hours.

Who will ship my order?

Drexvion ships via EUB & USPS globally, or some other shipping methods that are more suitable for you. We update our production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand.

We also offer express shipping for an additional fee.

We ship all orders from China to the United States. If customs duties or taxes are applicable, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I get shipping updates?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order. If you have not received the email, please check the trash first; if you have confirmed that you have not received it, please contact us by email at [email protected].

Please note that orders may take up to 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped due to order processing involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Last But Not Least

Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt. We'll try our best to afford these costs and minimize any inconvenience to you.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Drexvion is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
