REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Drexvion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order (Except for custom-made nail products and personalized nail designs).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any documentation, tags, accessories, or tools that came with the item.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your return within 3 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note the following:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the event of an incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the item received is correct and not due to our error, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Attention: The address on the package is not return address, so please contact us first!

Return & Exchange

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unused items in new condition with the original packaging intact within 30 days of their delivery date.

1.Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day time frame.

2.Our items must be returned in their original condition.

3.Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so it doesn't get damaged on the way.

4.To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

5.For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items.

6.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

If you need to return the items please contact us to get the return address.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you do not like the item you purchased, you can apply for a return and repurchase the item you want.

What is not accepted for return?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: DIY nail kits, customized nail products, personalized press-on nails, and special-order items.

We cannot offer refunds on items with broken hygiene seals. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use live chat or contact us by [email protected] if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders that have been prepared but not yet shipped, you will receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $8 restocking fee.

For orders that have already shipped, you will receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $8 restocking fee (except in the case of an incorrect shipment).

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.

Refund

Returns will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your package.

The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Please note that it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not get a refund please check your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us by live chat or [email protected]. We will reply as soon as possible.

If you believe your return has been delivered but not processed, please contact us at [email protected].

Quality Inspection

The Drexvion team thoroughly inspects all nail products before shipment. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence.

Final Sale Period

All sales are final 30 days after the order is received.
